Another great follow, I’ve enjoyed reading about the ins and outs of buying, operating, leasing, and selling Strip Malls. It’s a niche I never gave much thought. But after following Don for a few years, I can tell you Cold Calling is a muscle that needs to be continually trained and Dentist Practices make the best strip mall tenants.
